Terms of service

These terms govern your use of crew.stuket.in and your membership in STUKET CREW, a community operated by Stuket Ventures Private Limited (“Stuket”). By creating an account or joining the community, you agree to them.

Membership

• CREW is free to join. There are no membership fees, and no payment is ever required to access courses or mentorship.
• Joining runs through signup, the community group, and an interview. Membership phases (training, practice, live work) come with certificates from Stuket as you clear them.
• You must be a current student aged 16 or older and provide accurate information about yourself.

The deal

Membership asks four things of you, and they are conditions, not suggestions:

• Show up — attend your track’s sessions.
• Finish the practice work before asking for a live brief.
• Deliver what you accept. A dropped client brief costs Stuket a real relationship; do not take one you cannot finish.
• Contribute — help your peers, share what you learn.

We may pause or end the membership of anyone who repeatedly breaks these commitments or behaves abusively in the community.

Client work and earnings

• Live briefs — from Stuket’s products, its startup clients, or agency projects — are offered to members who have completed the practice phase. Accepting a brief is a commitment to deliver it.
• Where a brief is paid, the amount and terms are stated when the brief is offered. Payment follows acceptance of the delivered work.
• Work delivered under a client brief belongs to the client once accepted and paid for. You may show it in your portfolio unless the brief says otherwise.

What we do not promise

CREW is a community and a pipeline, not a placement guarantee. We do not promise internships, jobs, clients, or income. Courses, mentorship, and briefs are provided as available, and access to live work depends on performance in the earlier phases.

Your content

Anything you post in the community stays yours. By sharing it there, you allow us to display it within the community. We will always ask before using your work or your name in CREW’s public marketing.

Liability

The site and the community are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Stuket’s total liability for any claim connected to CREW is limited to the amount you paid us for it — which, for membership, is nothing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Sambalpur, Odisha have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms as CREW evolves. Meaningful changes will be announced in the community, and continuing to participate after a change means you accept it.
